Ingredients:
Distilled Water, 100% pure Ancient Zechstein seabed (Netherlands) Magnesium Chloride, Aloe, and Lavender and Rosemary essential oils.
Directions:
Shake gently and spray on skin for muscle aches. Can also spray on bottoms of feet for a sleep aid. A slight tingling sensation is normal in first few uses. Repeat up to 4 times a day or as desired. Gently wipe off any white residue that may occur. Store in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Cautions:
Keep away from eyes, children younger than 4, pets. Harmful if swallowed. Reduce or discontinue use if nausea, diarrhea, or skin irritation occurs.
