Comes in 10ml roll-on, 30ml roll-on, and in 10ml undiluted Pure Synergy diffuser blend

Roll-On Ingredients: 

Grapeseed Oil and Lavender 40/42, Clary Sage, Vetiver, Bergamot, Frankincense pure essential oils. 20% Dilution

Directions:

Apply on skin on back of neck, around shoulders, wrists, and bottoms of feet before bedtime. Use every night for maximum effect. Store in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.  

***Can take 3-5 uses before seeing full effect of blend.
